Our client is seeking a Service Administrator to work for their team on a permanent full or part-time basis, to work 25 - 40hrs p/w or reduced hours. In this role you will be supporting the Service Manager with the day-to-day management of workload of the service teams and maintaining the company commitment to providing excellent customer service. Duties include but are not limited to answering incoming telephone calls, preparing standard service contracts, keeping service records up to date, preparing quotations, maintaining accurate records of equipment on the service database and processing engineer time sheets / job sheet feedback / invoicing service and repair works. You'll be computer literate, with excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to priorities workload to meet deadlines.
