Job Description

Our client seeks the right person to work in a team with the primary function to achieve a stand-alone trust company regulatory licence by building a quality risk managed business and support Private Client administrator.  He/she will manage and prioritise work; ensure client service and administration issues are dealt with promptly; keep records of business transactions/bookkeeping; work with regard to Jersey Financial legislation; monitor and communicate to management issues that may increase efficiency and service quality levels; liaise with management team regarding personal professional development.
Requirements are at least 5 years’ experience in Trust and Company administration including broad understanding of the tax ramifications of various structures; good working knowledge of Financial, AML, Trust and Company Jersey Laws, asset management, investment principles and products and offshore Trust & Company accounting; excellent communication skills; ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines, organise and  prioritise; good team member; innovative; competent in MS Office; good working knowledge of Taskforce Trust Company administration database management.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
