Senior Trust Officer

Job Description

Great opportunity liaising with clients and developing excellent working relationships, undertaking trust corporate client entity administrative tasks and actioning client/internal requests, preparing supporting documentation and updating accounting and other records; ensuring client asset properly managed and reported and carrying out reviews and reconciliations; undertaking periodic reviews and ensuring regulatory requirements complied with; ensure maximum fee recoverability; ensure debtors cleared in accordance with agreed targets.
Requirements are at least 5 years' technical trust experience including managing varied portfolio of client entities; knowledge of Ltd Partnerships, Foundations, PTCs; Jersey company company experience; knowledge of AML legislation; team spirit; ability to work under pressure to deadlines; strong communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel; knowledge of Fiduciary software
