Senior Trust Officer

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Trust Officer, working for an independent Jersey trust company, providing a bespoke and personalised service for longstanding, local and international, private clients.


The role holder will be required to provide administration services to a portfolio of trust and company clients and to act as a team leader and manage a team of three other members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and supervision to other team members in the execution of their roles. Delegating tasks to team members and monitoring the completion of these.
  • Attending client meetings as required and preparing all documentation in preparation of the meeting and files notes and action lists from the meeting.
  • Preparation of minutes of statutory and other meetings.
