A global leader in corporate and fiduciary services, fund administration and capital markets are seeking to appoint a Senior Trust Officer for a period of 6 months.
You will be responsible for reviewing entities' / structures' constitutional documents, review agreements including property contracts and other legal documents. You will be liaising with clients, bankers, brokers and other professional advisors and related parties. Manage the exit of structures including transfers to new trustees/fiduciary service, liquidations, dissolutions and terminations. You will be complying with AML/CFT procedures, be responsible for the maintenance of statutory records, as well as any other such duties that may be reasonably required.
You will need to be ICSA or STEP qualified (or part qualified), have a minimum of 5 to 7 years trust administration experience, have good experience of reviewing and understanding highly technical documentation. Knowledge and understanding of company and trust administration generally, to include money laundering, compliance and relevant legislation, show keen attention to detail and good internal/external communication skills.
