Job Description

Our client seeks the ideal candidate to act as client contact and manage Trust client relationships for complex and high value clients, agree and document processes and service levels to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.  He/she will oversee smaller key Trustee client account relationships; ensure client retention and increase margins; manage, train and develop a team and support their client portfolios; check new business implementations; fulfill Category B Employee Role; test processes for major events; review and improve existing processes; lead in client meetings; define operational processes, understand, and document client requirements; maximise revenue opportunities; ensure new business, new plans and corporate actions are signed off timeously; handle complaints; undertake projects; provide technical advice.
Candidate will be ICSA Diploma/Professional qualified/equivalent; eligible to be Category B Employee and to act as C signatory; 3 years’ experience in Trust and Company or employee benefits is essential; full knowledge of share plan structures and their generic features is essential; expert knowledge of role of offshore trustee in client corporate actions and  events; ability to lead, coach and train others; excellent communication and organisational skills; able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks; attention to detail and accuracy; sound computer skills, able to adapt to and apply new technologies; ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.  Desirably hold CGIUKI Level 5 Diploma in International Finance and Administration.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
