Knowing how to build an effective team by fostering open dialogue, working collaboratively and instilling trust, through honesty integrity and sincerity and delegate your day-to-day tasks to your team will be one of your main focuses as an integral leader. Strong communication skills are also a must, to help us deliver the highest level of client service to reflect on our Group culture.
Another tick to your box would consist of building strong relationships across the wider business and help them ensure they are compliant with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures.
