Job Duties: 

  • Administer a diverse portfolio of trusts, companies, and other entities, ensuring activities adhere to statutory and governing documents.
  • Oversee tax compliance, including timely completion of tax returns and payments.
  • Manage correspondence promptly, escalating complex matters as required.
  • Prepare detailed attendance notes for all communications and circulate them as appropriate.
  • Draft and review minutes and meeting documents as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Client Accounting Solutions team to maintain accurate financial records and prepare annual accounts.
  • Manage the billing process, including reviewing summaries and draft invoices, in consultation with senior team members.
  • Ensure all database records and statutory registers are accurately maintained and updated.
  • Monitor aged debt positions and liaise with relevant departments to maintain control.
  • Conduct periodic client matter reviews in line with organisational requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of local regulatory requirements and address any compliance issues.
  • Provide cover for colleagues during absences, ensuring client needs are met seamlessly.
  • Escalate risks or issues to management promptly when necessary.

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Educated to A-level or degree standard.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in trust and company administration.
  • Ideally, completed or working towards a professional qualification (e.g., ICSA or STEP Certificate Level).
  • Strong technical knowledge of local company and trust laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in IT, with strong organisational and methodical working skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, enthusiasm, and a solution-driven attitude.
