Senior Trust Administrator
Job Description
Great role opportunity to assist with administration, bookkeeping and/or preparation of annual accounts for a portfolio of private clients, including trusts and companies, for international high net worth individuals; making payments; communicating with clients; attending client meetings; bookkeeping; preparing accounts and annual reviews; assisting with FATCA/CRS reporting; achieve chargeability, WIP, recoverability and debtor targets within deadlines set; ro review WIP and prepare commentary on administration invoices; produce and provide high-quality documents.
Candidate will be studying towards ICSA/ACCA/ICAEW/STEP; have at least 3-5 years experience in private client trust and company environment; be flexible, proactive team player with accuracy and attention to detail; able to work under pressure and to deadlines; strong prioritisation, analytical, administrative, communication and organisation skills; good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Access; committed to client service; accounts preparation and bookkeeping skills are desirable.
