A well-established financial services provider is seeking a Trust Administrator to support the administration, bookkeeping, and preparation of accounts for a portfolio of private client structures, including trusts and companies.

The successful candidate will assist with client communications, transaction processing, payments, and reporting, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day administration, assisting with FATCA/CRS reporting, preparing annual reviews and financial statements, and supporting junior staff. This client-facing role will involve regular correspondence with high-net-worth individuals and intermediaries, as well as attendance at client meetings. Candidates should be working toward a relevant professional qualification (ICSA/ACCA/ICAEW/STEP) and have 3-5 years of experience in private client trust and company services. Strong administrative, analytical, and organisational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a commitment to excellent client service. The role demands discretion, accuracy, and the ability to work to deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
