Our client is seeking a Senior / Trust Administrator to join their friendly team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role involves carrying out a range of administrative duties to support the effective management of trust and company structures, in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and input client payment instructions using online banking systems
- Track, monitor and confirm all outgoing payments
- Manage collection of aged debts across client portfolios
- Maintain accurate diary task lists and ensure timely follow-up
- Liaise with clients, intermediaries and third parties professionally
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory obligations
- Assist with general trust administration and support senior team members
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in trust administration
- Experience using online banking platforms
- Working towards or holding a STEP diploma is preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Pro-active team player with a positive approach to work
