Senior / Trust Administrator

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior / Trust Administrator to join their friendly team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role involves carrying out a range of administrative duties to support the effective management of trust and company structures, in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and input client payment instructions using online banking systems
  • Track, monitor and confirm all outgoing payments
  • Manage collection of aged debts across client portfolios
  • Maintain accurate diary task lists and ensure timely follow-up
  • Liaise with clients, intermediaries and third parties professionally
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory obligations
  • Assist with general trust administration and support senior team members

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in trust administration
  • Experience using online banking platforms
  • Working towards or holding a STEP diploma is preferred
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Pro-active team player with a positive approach to work
