Our client is looking for an experienced IT professional to join their Service Delivery team as a Senior Technician on a permanent full-time basis. You will responsible for taking on escalated issues from a diverse client base, providing high level support and consultation to the team and end users. This will include supporting clients remotely and undertaking field work. You will have at least three years' experience in a similar role and, whilst not essential, experience providing outsourced IT support is preferential. We are also looking for candidates who prioritise their own continued professional development to maintain their skills. You also must hold a driving licence and your own form of transport to complete field-based work.
