As Senior Tax Manager, you will support a diverse range of clients across the Channel Islands, UK, and internationally, including corporate clients, private clients, and entrepreneurs.
In this role, you will support the Tax Director with business development and the identification of new opportunities, contribute to the firm's growth initiatives, and assist with internal training and development. You will also be responsible for managing multiple client engagements from onboarding through to completion. The successful candidate will be CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent), with experience in managing and developing staff. You will also have experience managing client portfolios, including overseeing client take-on and engagement processes, as well as billing and cash collection.
