Hybrid: 3 days onsite

Role Overview:
Tier 2 support role for the NavOne (Quantios) platform, responsible for application operation, configuration, and functional support within a regulated financial services environment. Acts as an escalation point for complex issues, combining technical expertise with functional ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot application, configuration, and data issues
- Perform SQL-based analysis, reporting, and data fixes
- Configure and maintain NavOne
- Support updates, testing, and vendor releases
- Partner with DBAs, vendors, and business users

Skills and Experience:
- NavOne experience
- Strong SQL Server skills
- Application support experience (Tier 2 preferred)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
