Senior Support Worker at Positive Steps Limited

PS is seeking an experienced SSW to join our expanding team.

Applicants must hold a Level 3 QCF (or equivalent) in a relevant field and have 2–3 years of
experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, medication management, and accurate record-keeping is essential. The ability to lead shifts, mentor junior staff, and communicate effectively with families and professionals is also important.

Applicants will be caring, approachable and trustworthy, with excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a strong commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding.

A full driving licence and access to a car suitable for work are required. We operate a two-week rolling rota, with every other weekend off to support work-life balance.
