Senior Support Worker at Autism Jersey

Role: To provide support for individuals and to assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of services for clients with Autism.

Rate of pay:
Qualified: £22.19 p/h
Unqualified: £19.72 p/h

Essential:
Hold drivers licence / Use of car for work
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a support/care role
Experience working with behaviours of concern
Working towards or willing to work towards Level 3 RQF in Health Care
Ability to work across all service projects on a flexible basis

Desirable:
Level 3 RQF in Health and Social Care or equivalent
In depth working knowledge and understanding of Autism Spectrum Conditions and disability issues in the context of working in Jersey.
