Senior Supervisor - Relationship Managed Supervision, Banking, Insurance and Consumer Credit

This exciting role is responsible for helping businesses comply with regulatory framework and line managing team to in line with agreed risk-based approach, centred on risk mitigation, and in line with regulatory requirements, engaging with Senior Executives to understand business plans, and building strong network of internal stakeholders; using risk model when identifying escalating levels of risk, implementing a mitigation strategy and demonstrating follow up actions, delivering high quality risk data analysis, which supports the building of insight into sector trends and improves business integrity, coaching and developing team and performance managing.
This role would suit an individual with strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant financial services and products with a well-developed understanding of the Jersey and International regulatory standards, flexible approach and an aptitude for team working.
