Senior Staff Nurse Band 5 at The Care Hub Jersey Ltd

Care Hub is looking for a confident and experienced Band 5 Senior Staff Nurse to join our developing community-based acute care service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse with strong clinical skills, sound decision-making ability, and the confidence to work autonomously within a small, supportive team. The role would suit someone with experience in acute care, particularly from an Emergency Department, urgent care, hospital-at-home, community rapid response, or similar background.

The service is community based and will provide responsive clinical support to people in their own homes or care settings, helping to manage risk, prevent avoidable hospital attendance, and support safe, person-centred care.

The post will involve working primarily night shifts, with some on-call responsibilities.
