Senior Solutions Specialist

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Solutions Specialist to join their Fund Services team, reporting to the Solutions Director. This is a full-time position that focuses on designing and implementing technology-enabled solutions across the global funds platform. The role involves delivering high-quality technology development, reporting, and evolution to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver comprehensive solutions for new and existing clients within agreed timelines.
  • Act as the lead representative on systems-related aspects for assigned clients, managing reporting requirements and project deliverables.
  • Create and deliver handover notes, user guides, and operating manuals to ensure clarity for client-facing teams and report writers.
  • Manage and mentor a team of technicians and report writers, providing training and technical guidance.
  • Conduct training sessions to maximise the uptake of new solutions and promote system excellence.
  • Continuously identify and address gaps in reporting capabilities, delivering new reports and enhancing existing ones.
  • Review and optimise all reports, removing hard coding and ensuring intuitive access.
  • Implement a process of ticket and code reviews to ensure best practices in report building.
  • Oversee thorough quality reviews of all reports prior to release to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Solutions on scalable solutions aligned with the product development roadmap, including investor dashboards, fund-of-fund offerings, and carried interest schemes.


Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of technical experience with the eFront system, including report writing.
  • Strong technical skills and expertise in eFront.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and solution-driven mindset for managing challenges.
  • Strong time management, organisational, and IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions within corporate policies.
