Senior Service Desk Analyst

Job Description

We have a great new opportunity available for a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join a company which specialises in wealth management solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families.


Key duties will include:

  • Working with the Regional IT Team providing 2nd and 3rd line support
  • As and when required working within the IT team providing 2nd and 3rd line support across offices in multiple jurisdictions and time zones
  • Encouraging teamwork, assisting to develop fellow team member's skills and knowledge, provide guidance and as point of escalation
  • Actively seeks to follow up and close user issues (with or without support of other team members)
  • Completion of IT operational tasks
