Senior Reviewer

Postholder will ensure client and entity reviews completed in accordance with policies and procedures and within specified timescales, recognise risk and escalate matters; identify and escalate high risk Issues to the Risk Committee; identify trends that lead to issues being raised; highlight training and development needs; consider amendment to procedures; assist with documenting management of ongoing complex issues; liaise with in house legal department; maintain property register; ensure property management deficiencies are raised and monitored until conclusion; maintain accurate data for internal and external reporting purposes; update closing data; provide MI in absence of AD; provide training to new employees on review tasks and task completion; assist with training and development of administration staff; assist with internal risk management improvement initiatives; assist with the development and maintenance of risk frameworks; draft/update policy & procedures.
The post-holder must possess a minimum of 6 years relevant experience obtained in a trust and company environment; hold ICSA/STEP qualification or similar; good knowledge of Corporate Governance & Risk Management Frameworks; basic Excel and Word skills; previous property administration experience desirable but is not mandatory.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
