Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate Services
Job Description
This role is responsible for administration and company secretarial matters for a group of corporate structures, assisting with policy development and responding to change, including establishment of new fund structures, due diligence on new & existing investors, preparation and review of board materials, and dealing with client queries, taking on new business, dealing with technical areas of client service, acting as signatory on payments, supervising collation of board packs and agenda, leading board and committee meetings, making submissions, maintaining registers, undertaking AML and KYC, overseeing appraisals, training and development.
The successful candidate will be qualified/part qualified in ICSA/ACCA/ICAEW; 10 years+ experience in financial services environment; advanced accounting and/or administration skills; legal and tax knowledge; good team and leadership skills; strong analytical, communication and organisation skills; solutions driven; proactive; working knowledge of MS Word, Access and Excel; able to use business and accounting software; flexible; able to prioritise and work under pressure.
