Our client is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to oversee the administration and company secretarial matters for a portfolio of corporate structures. Reporting to the Client Director, this full-time role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Job Duties:

  • Act as the principal contact with clients and directors for administration and company secretarial matters.
  • Liaise with legal and professional advisers, ensuring timely completion of client-driven transactions.
  • Oversee and produce client deliverables, reports, and responses to queries, including onboarding new business.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for clients, reporting to the Client Director/Director and relevant client boards.
  • Maintain expertise in technical areas of client service delivery across the portfolio.
  • Serve as a signatory for administration matters, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise the collation of board papers, creating and reviewing agendas and board packs.
  • Lead client board and committee meetings and review/produce formal minutes.
  • Manage submissions via myRegistry, including beneficial ownership, company incorporations, and confirmation statements.
  • Oversee maintenance of registers, such as directors, shareholders, partnership interests, and conflicts of interest.
  • Conduct AML reviews and investor KYC procedures.
  • Oversee team operations, including conducting periodic staff appraisals.
  • Deliver excellent client service and instill the ethos of excellence in junior team members.
  • Delegate tasks effectively while supervising and training junior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with internal risk management procedures.
  • Uphold and convey company values.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Professionally qualified, or part-qualified, in ICSA/ACCA/ICAEW or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services.
  • Advanced skills in accounting and administration.
  • Basic knowledge of legal and corporate tax/tax matters.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and standard business software.
  • Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • High levels of tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to identify and propose solutions to issues.
  • Leadership skills with an attitude that inspires respect.
  • Team-oriented, with a flexible approach to time pressures and changing demands.
