Senior Regional Technician - The Channel Islands at Royal National Lifeboat Institution

You will become part of a unique, diligent and professional team, responsible for providing a high level of expertise and troubleshooting capability within the Regional Technical Team, supporting Regional as well as operational Area technical activity.

You will be working with Lifeboat Station Technicians, Lifeguards, Contractors, and other technical staff, completing planned and corrective maintenance and leading difficult and complex repairs of RNLI assets and equipment across South West. You will also be providing technical support and guidance to regional and station technicians, supporting their development and competence using mentoring and coaching. You’ll be supporting your Area Technical Manager to ensure all technical activity is conducted in accordance with RNLI standards and procedures.

Salary between £34,893.00 and £44,328.00 (dependent on experience).
