Job Description

The purpose of this role is to directly manage and lead key, highly complex transformational projects from initiation through to delivery and successful transition. improving customer experience and ensuring new processes and tools understood and measured against success criteria; maintain and assist in budget development and approval for business cases of new projects; providing ongoing budget management within programme/project; manage and lead direct and indirect project resources to identify capacity constraints and identify solutions to fulfil shortfalls to ensure projects delivered to time; provide progress reports on status, issues, risks, budgets, resource and change management plans; develop project specifications, agree project plan baseline including scope, key activities, deliverables, resource requirements, milestones, deadlines, and benefits; drive project execution; track delivery; monitor, and control change, own change management; proactively seek and resolve blockers; record information and feed stakeholder insight into improved processes; conduct progress reviews and project outcome reviews.
Candidate must demonstrate capability to lead Group transformational/highly complex and large projects/programmes from initiation through to successful completion and benefit realisation; experience in transformational change and process improvements is preferable; extensive programme/project/change management experience in a large size company with a proven record of successful project delivery working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams; Project and Programme management qualifications; strong people change management experience; experience in transformation, new jurisdictions and business change projects and programmes; understanding of financial services and fund industry an advantage; good problem solving, planning, organising, influencing, relationship and communication skills; initiative; results driven; change management aptitude; quick to learn new systems.  Training provided.
Role based in Jersey or Southampton.
