Senior Practitioner at La Petite Ecole Nursery

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and caring Senior Practitioner to join our nursery team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education, enjoys supporting both children and colleagues, and is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities.

-Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare or equivalent
-Team Leader/Leadership qualification
-Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
-Experience of supporting and leading a staff team
-Good knowledge of safeguarding and Early Years practice

As a Senior Practitioner, you will lead by example, support the day-to-day running of the setting and help ensure that every child receives high-quality care, learning opportunities and experiences.
