Senior Payroll and Benefits Administrator
Job Description
The post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating and processing monthly and ad hocpayrolls across multiple jurisdictions, as well as assisting with the planning, development anddelivery of employee benefits that enable the firm attract and retain the best talentavailable.
The candidate will be a part of an established Payroll & Benefits team working closely with HR colleagues in order help deliver a smooth and efficient service to the business.
The candidate will actively contribute and be a key member of a multi-jurisdictional HR team building effective working relationships to ensure procedures are accurately followed, allowing for continuity of service during busy periods or times of absence.
