Job Duties:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents and contracts
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support casework
- Maintain and organise case files and documentation
- Liaise with clients to gather relevant information and provide updates
- Prepare meeting agendas and attend meetings to take minutes
- Collaborate with legal professionals and support staff to ensure seamless operations
- Assist in training and mentoring junior paralegal staff
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in a senior role
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal management software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualification in law or paralegal studies
