Senior Paralegal

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join their team. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and assistance. You will play a vital role within the firm, ensuring that documentation and procedures are adhered to and that client needs are met efficiently.

Job Duties:

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents and contracts
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support casework
  • Maintain and organise case files and documentation
  • Liaise with clients to gather relevant information and provide updates
  • Prepare meeting agendas and attend meetings to take minutes
  • Collaborate with legal professionals and support staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior paralegal staff

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in a senior role
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal management software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualification in law or paralegal studies
