Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Operations Administrator to join an independent manager-owned professional services business in Jersey.

 

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Manage & support on required premises or facilities related projects within agreed timelines
  • Oversee & support on requirements for all office facilities related matters
  • Troubleshoot operational problems that may become systematic issues for delivery
  • Support and drive implementations of developed systems supporting infrastructure for client delivery
  • Support with and oversee all relevant project administrative tasks as devised by Line Manager
  • Support or lead specific internal operational projects
  • Support in streamlining operational processes
