Senior Operations Administrator, Fund Operations - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Within this 12 month fixed contract the successful candidate will assist in reviewing daily control reports, confirming trade instructions with funds, managing the in-house database of fund information, and overseeing the transfer workflows relating to client instructions, ensuring client orders and queries relating to these are processed in good time, monitoring outstanding fund trades and chasing for settlement where required, assisting with fund acknowledgement and monitoring outstanding trades, escalating issues arising from instructions being chased, supporting with AML requirements for new Fund Placements and ongoing nominee holdings.
Requirements are client focus mindset to ensure that all client queries/enquiries are dealt with in a professional manner, within the defined time frames, ability to work to tight deadlines, good interpersonal skills to allow for a good relationship with external and internal parties.  A plus would be working knowledge of Hedge Funds and Unit Trust funds, knowledge of Securities Operations and other operational areas, proficient with investigating and have good problem-solving skills to be able to resolve queries, CISI Qualifications.
