Senior Officer, Data Management and Quality at RBC Wealth Management

What is the opportunity?
You will be working as part of the Data Management and Quality team. The purpose of the role is to ensure that all Client and Product data is input, controlled effectively and maintained appropriately for all WMI businesses and product lines.

Must-have
Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills
Collaborative and consultative approach along with team player attitude
Ability to make decisions, use initiative and escalate issues
Ability to execute tasks within defined service level agreements
A proven track record in excellent service delivery
Knowledge/experience with Client Due Diligence (CDD) / Know Your Client (KYC) and supporting documentation
Ability and willingness to work from home in line with the hybrid working team charter
