Job Description

This is a great role providing specialised reporting, operations and admin support to Compliance within Wealth International and lead Reporting process to monitor and control financial crime risk and use AML, PEP, Anti-Bribery and Corruption materials to promote effectiveness of global programmes to identify gaps and alternative controls; take part in training; benchmark WIN against findings from correspondent banking due diligence questionnaire, develop sound Risk Management practices based on this and analyse data and collate reports; create continuous improvement, optimise systems and processes and improve service delivery; participate in governance structures; build stakeholder relationships; attend to all onboarding aspects; handle client facing activities; advise clients on compliance operation support; escalate high-risk issues and information; store and manage information and data on systems; understand banking source and target systems; coordinate and facilitate IT requirements; track expenditure and inform of budget implications related to dispensing of Operations and Administrative support.
Candidate will have Diploma in Business Commerce/Office Admin/Risk Management; 1-2 years experience of Wealth International; 3-4 years experience in Reporting, Risk Management, Compliance Enablement, Operations Support and Compliance Administration; exposure to a team that functions in the realm of Compliance. Risk Management experience in UK essential; 3-4 years knowledge of bank processes,products, data and systems, and dealing with different stakeholders at different levels both internal and external. 
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
