Job Description

You will work within the Client Corporate Governance team delivering pro-active and efficient corporate and fiduciary client entity related statutory and secretarial services to our Private Client Fiduciary Service team in respect of managed Trusts, Companies, Foundations & Partnerships.
 Key responsibilities:

You will work within the CCG team delivering pro-active and efficient corporate and fiduciary client entity related statutory and secretarial services; to the highest professional and legal standard, reflecting regulatory expectations and industry best practice
Provide corporate and fiduciary secretarial services to PCFS managed Trusts, Companies, Foundations and Partnerships
Prepare company and trust minutes/resolutions and any ancillary documentation in order that all directors/shareholders/trustees’ decisions are recorded in accordance with appropriate jurisdiction legislation/entity records
Forming/terminating companies and trusts in accordance with relevant legislation and the firm’s policies and procedures
Ensure that all administered companies, where RBC provide secretary, comply with regulatory filing requirements, such as Registry filings /Annual validations Jersey /Guernsey/Foreign Company Filings are completed so that all these companies are kept in good standing; that the relevant systems are kept up to date so that reporting is accurate
Maintain statutory records
Assist with the filing of local tax returns and foreign economic substance notification
Liaise with third parties including registered agents, JFSC, GFSC, Revenue offices and internal department including PCFS, Onboarding, Cessations, Data Management, IT
Assist with the completion of project work, as a result of regulatory or internal changes
Assist with the update of CCG procedures and processes including any IT enhancements that are required to ensure that CCG procedures / processes are robust and remain effective
Provide technical assistance to PCFS and within own CCG team relevant to your role.
