Job Description

Purpose of role is to manage and drive strategic and operational management in achieving objectives and targets, focusing on increasing revenue through relationship management, training, marketing and sales initiatives with current and potential third party partnerships, in support of Business growth and strengthened relationships internationally.  Postholder will ensure compliance with Banking Regulations and regulatory and legislative requirements; highlight potential deviations and risks; institute mitigating actions; maintain complete and current database of existing Partnership and analyse and action related risks; drive implementation and maintenance of cost effective digital driven training platform to ensure product specialists up to date.
Requirements are a Diploma in Business Commerce/Marketing/Banking; 10 years specialist knowledge and experience regarding general and ICS banking solutions and products, marketing initiatives within the international banking and financial services arena on strategic and management level, with special focus and understanding of Investments, Fiduciary and Partnership.
