Senior Manager - Oversight/Controls

In this role, the successful candidate will provide leadership to the Reconciliation and Banking Oversight Team ensuring direction and motivation of staff, ownership for employee and internal client satisfaction and for identifying efficiency/effectiveness opportunities.
The candidate will be accountable for establishing and maintaining the required key oversight governance and delivery standards for all reconciliation and banking activity outsourced to Shared Services Malaysia.
The candidate will promote the use of Intellisuite and oversees the creation/amendment of all reconciliations ensuring they meet the business purpose, controls and are delivered in the most efficient manner.
Acting as first point of escalation for operational issues that occur within the teams and have accountability for resolution and provide support for the Head of Asset Servicing.
Lastly, the successful candidate will also act as Operations lead for any new or ongoing projects related to processes/products associated with the team.
