Support the Director by leading and contributing to a range of risk and operational projects, as well as transformation initiatives, to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement.
You will oversee projects undertaken by the Operations team and be responsible for identifying and implementing best practices to enhance processes and drive operational efficiency. You will manage and mitigate risk by liaising with third-party providers and working closely with the Risk Associate Director to develop and implement appropriate controls. You will also actively champion the company's values by fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and leadership. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in a relevant role and hold an appropriate professional qualification. You will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, together with a strong understanding of the broad range of risks facing the private wealth and corporate services sector, including data security, people-related, operational, and regulatory risks. Previous experience within the private wealth or corporate services industry is essential.
