Senior Manager, Operations at Apex Financial Services (Jersey) Ltd

Provide ongoing support and guidance on GDPR to ensure teams in the division are meeting the requirements, oversee the preparation of annual GDPR reviews and coordinate the registration of Jersey data controllers with the JOIC
Coordinate annual FATCA and CRS reporting and ongoing GIIN registrations with the FATCA/ CRS support team and client teams and monitor progress against reporting deadlines
Oversee LEI registrations and renewals within the teams
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs), including tasks, risk scorecards and transaction authorisation forms
Assist with testing of new processes and systems on behalf of the division and wider business
