Senior Manager – Operations Assurance

Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a Senior Manager to join an international banking group.


Key duties will include:

  • Be responsible for data quality in FIA by monitoring the use of eFront and working with the client delivery
    teams to ensure that processes are being respected and eFront is being used as designed across strategies
  • Implement a cyclical and continuous monitoring plan regarding the correct usage of efront, identify gaps and
    key risks in client delivery teams processes and working alongside the Strategic Transitions team and Global
    BCM and IT Teams in Luxembourg, deliver an efficient and automated solution
  • Act as an independent quality assurance reviewer on defined output of the client delivery teams to ensure
    adherence to quality and minimise chance of errors in high risk areas
  • Be knowledgeable of new eFront functionalities rolled out and monitor the full usage of such functionalities by
    the client delivery teams, identify gaps where usage has not been possible, design a remediation plan and
    provide a regular and formal update to the Head of Strategic Transitions setting out remediation plan on any
    gaps identified
