Lead the end-to-end new business onboarding process and oversee a multi-jurisdictional operation to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a consistently high-quality client experience.
You will lead and refine the centralised onboarding process, delivered through the KYC360 platform, overseeing comprehensive KYC, AML, and client suitability assessments while ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. Ideally, the successful candidate will have 10+ years' experience in a relevant role and hold a relevant professional qualification. You must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong business relationships, as well as the capability to coach, mentor, and develop junior colleagues.
