Senior Manager – In-House Legal – Executive Compensation Services

Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Manager to join a world-leading corporate, funds, capital markets and private wealth services company.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Liaising with clients, their professional advisors and team members throughout the life cycle of their plans and trusts to help ensure service delivery around legal matters is optimised, managing risk whilst also maximising commercial recoverability
  • Assisting the management team with commercial, regulatory or technical projects arising, contributing to management team and service line meetings and communications
  • Act as a liaison point with the Groups local and global legal team, as required when representing the service line
  • Providing reliable first line legal review and guidance on the team's client engagements, typically relating to employee benefit trust (EBT) arrangements governed by England & Wales law or Jersey law but also other special purpose vehicles (companies and partnerships) used to support executive compensation plans
