An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading financial services provider who are expanding their Jersey office, looking for a Senior Manager In-house Legal to join their Executive Compensation Services Team.
This is a key strategic role within the ECS Management team and provides to opportunity to specialise in incentives, providing legal support to a growing service line with a global reach. The role offers significant scope for professional growth and an extremely varied and high-profile workload for the right candidate.
To be considered for this role, you will be a UK qualified lawyer, working within a multi-practice law firm with significant experience of trusts and corporate or plan related transactions impacting those trusts. Be comfortable working with a range of other legal documents to support corporate, commercial activities. You will come from an employment, incentives or pensions team. The ability to interpret and comment on documents which may be governed by the laws of England & Wales, Jersey, Scotland or any other common law origination.
