Senior Manager, Financial Crime Examination Unit (FCEU)

Leading a team of experienced financial crime examiners, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the financial crime systems and controls used by a wide variety of financial services businesses. You will be exploring the types of financial crimes to which a business could be exposed, taking account of its commercial activities, its customers, its products, and services and how it delivers them domestically and internationally.
Your competencies for this role will help you deliver the following outcomes:
- Delivery of robust on-site and desk-based examinations, by actively overseeing their completion to ensure they have clear objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities.
- Actively directing the execution and delivery of examination work to ensure completion in a timely manner.
- Actively supporting examiners in their effective delivery of examination findings to business representatives, ensuring feedback and reporting is accurate, concise, and well-articulated.
