In this new and exciting position, you will be responsible for corporate governance for our client's global fiduciary business and its 50+ internal entities. Responsibilities will include owning and having a strong working knowledge of the in-house corporate governance framework documentation, provision of full board support, providing support with filings or notifications to various regulatory authorities and maintaining due diligence documentation of board members and shareholders of in-house entities. The ideal candidate will have strong management experience and the ability to think strategically about corporate governance needs in the context of a rapidly expanding administration business. Previous experience in a similar role and a relevant professional qualification, ie ICSA/STEP/ACCA are essential.
