Our client is looking for a senior manager to oversee the delivery of world-class financial reporting services to a portfolio of real estate funds clients. You will maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospect clients and be a role model and leader to your team and colleagues. You will provide a source of technical knowledge and experience for the Group.
Candidates will have a recognised accounting qualification eg ACCA or ACA with a strong academic background. 10 years' experience working within real estate or fund accounting. Excellent understanding of client financial reporting and performance management of a team. Excellent knowledge and understanding of the current industry, legislation and regulatory and working practices. Exceptional knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP and other appropriate accounting standards. Working knowledge of FIS Investran, Yardi and operating within an ISAE-3402 Control Framework.
