Senior Lifeguard at Merton Hotel

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Lifeguard to join our team. As a Senior Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at all times. You will be tasked with supervising a team of lifeguards, overseeing their performance, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and safe experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests, including the pool area and surrounding facilities.
*Responding quickly and effectively to any emergencies that may arise.
*Keeping accurate records of incidents, accidents, and other relevant information.
*Perform duties of Lifeguard Shift Leader during their absence.
*Ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and reporting any issues to management
