Senior Investigator Enforcement

Great opportunity managing, supporting and/or mentoring Investigators with Enforcement cases and investigations and leading Enforcement cases.  The successful candidate scope Enforcement case strategies, communicate with stakeholders, aid decision-making, identify opportunities to enhance legislation and processes, help distribute guidance and educational materials, provide coaching, feedback and mentoring.  This role would suit anyone with experience in line management, mentoring and/or coaching and someone who understands and/or has practical experience of formal investigatory or Enforcement processes, in addition to financial industry, regulatory and compliance experience, is a good team player, and who has excellent time, stakeholder management, collaboration and decision-making skills.
