Job Description

Role involves line management responsibility for 3 Group HR Administrators across 3 jurisdictions.  Duties involve overseeing Recruitment Team; Onboarding and Offboarding; managing pre-screening process; maintaining HR induction materials and delivering HR inductions; ensuring Facilities and IT in place; ensuring complete set up of new employees in HR system; dealing with documentation for joiners and leavers; supporting exit interview process; conducting some interviews, upload of questionnaires, meeting notes; liaising regularly with new employees during probation in line with procedures to ensure ease of transition; overseeing objectives input into Hub; managing interim and end of probation operations process; ensuring data quality achieved at all times as strategic driver of Group MI; Checker / Approver of various jurisdictional payrolls; overseeing benefits administration for Group jurisdictions; analysis of MI; communicating with stakeholders; aware of risk management; ensuring GDPR maps maintained; identifying and recommending solutions to streamline / enhance processes; contributing towards team strategic deliverables.
Candidate will have Degree (does not have to be HR related); possess/ideally be CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualified/same by experience; prepared to study to attain business related qualification; prepared to acquire business knowledge in order to support client needs; experience of working in a financial services HR function desirable; proficient in MS Excel Pivot tables, VLookups and Slicers, Mail Merges, PowerPoint; ability to deal with management and staff at all levels and handle  difficult situations; confidentiality and discretion; strong commitment teamwork.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
