A leading fiduciary business is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in Jersey.
The role will include responsibility for building a cohesive people agenda that can respond and adapt to the changing environment. The role is to enact and implement both local agendas and shaping and owning the Group people incentives.
To be considered for this role, you will hold a degree and be CIPD qualified or equivalent. Experience of working alone to advise and guide managers on complex project and employee relation issues. Dealing with a wide range of stakeholders and ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. Confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development.
You will have excellent time management skills, able to multitask, work independently, prioritise workloads and work within a fast paced environment.
