Our client is a global financial services provider with a growing presence in the Channel Islands. On their behalf we a looking for a Senior HR business Partner for the Channel Islands to be based in either island.
This is a senior management role in the Channel Islands team. Candidates should be able to implement and deliver strategies and best practices to deliver a highly efficient and pro-active HR function to their operations. A thorough understanding of current employment legislation in both Islands will be required.
Broad areas of engagement are employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance reward, professional growth, internal and group communications and performance management. Leading culture and change management you will be advising and supporting management in their organisational transformation
Candidates should have a minimum of ten years experience in a senior HR role, preferably in financial services. Relevant qualifications will be expected.
