Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real impact? HR Now is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to deliver exceptional HR and recruitment support to our clients and team.
In this varied role, you'll provide first-line HR advice, manage recruitment campaigns, and support a wide range of HR consultancy activities. You'll also play an important part in our specialist recruitment service, Recruit Now, helping to deliver technology-driven solutions and best practice for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing recruitment campaigns for clients and internal roles
- Supporting the delivery and development of Recruit Now, our specialist recruitment service
- Providing HR advice and support on employee relations, policies, and processes
- Drafting HR documents, conducting salary reviews, and producing HR reports
- Championing the use of AI and technology to enhance HR and recruitment processes
- Delivering and managing training sessions on recruitment and HR best practice
- Overseeing social media content for recruitment campaigns
What youll bring:
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) or equivalent HR qualification
- Experience in recruitment and HR administration
- Knowledge of HR technology, including AI solutions and Microsoft Copilot
- Excellent client service, organisational, and communication skills
- A proactive, innovative approach and a passion for continuous improvement
- Commitment to inclusive recruitment and reducing bias through technology and best practice
- Entitled to work status and a driving licence preferred
